Privacy policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

This policy explains what information maysconsultinggroup.com collects when you visit, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Work we do for school districts is covered by the agreements we sign with them.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you add it, your district or school, what you’re interested in, and your message. The form is delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service.

We don’t ask for anything else, and you can browse the whole site without giving us any personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_0VZSN818QT, which hold a random ID number and last up to two years. That ID lets Google tell a returning visitor from a new one without knowing who you are.

Google Analytics records:

  • Which pages you view and for how long
  • How you found the site, such as a search or a link in an email
  • Your device, browser, and screen size
  • Your approximate location, such as city or region, based on your IP address. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address.

Google Analytics does not give us your name, your email, or anything you type into the contact form.

Outside services

Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on our pages. When a page loads, Google Fonts sees your IP address and browser type, which is how any web request works. It doesn’t set cookies through our site. Messages sent through the contact form go to Formspree, which delivers them to us by email.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information.
  • We don’t use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or chat widgets.
  • We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How we use information

We use what you send through the contact form to reply to you and, if you become a client, to keep in touch about your work with us. We use analytics to see which pages are useful and to fix ones that aren’t.

We keep contact form messages as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our working relationship, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.

Children and student data

This site is meant for adults who work in education. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. We don’t collect student data through this website.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
  • You can ask us to see, correct, or delete anything you sent through the contact form by emailing us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
